Eric Medsker is a photographer, content creator and director who creates bold, immersive content focusing on food and beverage stories.  Living and working in New York City, Eric collaborates with leading personalities in the hospitality industry on a variety of commercial, editorial and personal projects.  

Born into an epicurean family that loved long meals, bold flavors and late night revelry it came as no surprise that he was drawn into food media.

After receiving a BFA with distinctions from The School of Visual Arts he went on to do a residency at the Royal College of Arts in London.  Through curiosity and a cinematic eye Eric has engaged intimately with the photographic process for more than 19 years.
